 You are right about the mime type. I didn't check 21668.5.patch good
 enough for that. It's a bit more complex but it can be required. The
 solution can be better if it means that we support more
 ImageMagick/Imagick versions.

 I agree with nacin here that having progressive images by default would
 change the functionality.
