 That's fine, it was mostly an informational item in general.  I knew most
 of the 'hacks' I'd used to get the plugin working would likely break in
 future version of TinyMCE/WordPress (I'm acutally suprised it hasn't
 broken before this).

 You might want to take a look my plugin, from a features perspective, it
 expands a lot on DFW.  The auto load code can be set to run in a few
 different ways; when you create a new post, when you edit a post or
 through an additional link added to the posts lists table for each post.

 I'll probably get a chance to dig deeper in to the code in the next few
 days and I'll see if there's anything worth trying to patch.
