 Can you browse to the file in the media library where you can see it,
 right click it and select to view it in new tab (the menu option might
 only be in Chrome)? The goal is to find the URL to the image you actually
 can see.

 I'm also guessing it might be a file permission issue, but you really need
 to provide some more debugging info here.
