 27003.15.diff] fixes the barrage of debug notices currently fired off from
 trunk when multisite is enabled and the possibility of multiple networks
 exists.

 This is needed against current trunk. The changes introduced in 13.diff
 and 14.diff will effectively deprecate `wpmu_current_site()` if/when
 merged.
