 OK cool - I've installed PHPUnit, but the section of the handbook title
 'Writing Tests' is sadly unhelpful:
 https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/automated-testing/#writing-tests.
 I'll look further though and I'm sure I'll work it out - I've heard this
 stuff isn't too difficult to get right, so I'm sure I won't struggle too
 much :)
