 We just need to change the guideline then.

 It's because If we think about performance of WordPress themes, I believe
 how Twenty Fifteen does is the best way to address these issues.

 But if somebody has better solutions that meet the current guideline, let
 us know. Otherwise, we just need to change the guideline.
