 Hi there Sergey,

 I have deactivated ALL plugins (i only have Akismet, Atom Twitter Feeds,
 NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati, Responsive Photo Gallery, Theme Check,
 Ultimate Tag Cloud Widget, WordPress SEO and WP Parallax Content Slider)
 Still ONLY applies the src and alt ... no caption, title. Though only
 applies the caption

 A few colluegues are also experiencing the same ... Caption doesn't add on
 Add Media ... I am on Windows 7 using Chrome 36.0
