 I know I'm a bit late for this in this ticket, but earlier I suggested
 creating a table icon for TinyMCE. Not that it would be used in core this
 cycle, but it would definitely be useful for plugins adding the table
 plugin and the TinyMCE icon *is* in core.

 Ideally there should be a dashicon variant for each icon in the TinyMCE
 icon font. Then we can just replace all icons with CSS, including the
 table icon.
