 At WordCamp Maine Contributor's Day I tested installing the latest
 nightly, and saw a few issues which I didn't see mentioned here and
 couldn't locate separate tickets for.

 1. After installing (on wp-admin/install.php?language=xx_XX) there is a
 link at the top to the readme.html file; the readme.html file is in
 English. Is there any way for it to download a translated version if a
 language other than English is chosen and display that readme file instead
 of the default one?

 2. After installation is completed and visiting Settings -> General (on
 wp-admin/options-general.php) there is an option for Site Language, which
 lists all installed languages. However, instead of using the language name
 in the drop down, it uses the local value, which may be confusing to an
 end user that may not know his specific regional code.
