 I was trying the latest 4.0 Beta 4 version where I found a(nother) bug in
 the new floating editor.

 Here's what you have to do to see it in action (I'm on a small screen
 Samsung Notebook Laptop).

 1. Visit the post editor screen, and use the text editor.
 2. Copy something big enough to fill the editor with text and paste it
 into the editor and a scroll bar will appear.

 I'm not facing the same problem with Visual Editor :)
