 To be tested thoroughly: is there any context in which we end up auto-
 scrolling the sidebar and make it that some of the meta boxes in the
 sidebar are in fact never in sight? That's my only concern with the
 sidebar behavior implemented since .21.patch. Or similar cases where we
 need to disable auto-scrolling, as we in some context (editor smaller than
 sidebar, for one).

 Not a show stopper for the feature itself, imho, but has to be addressed
 pre-RC1.
