 Hi,

 Just noticed, since #29440, there's this strict standard when listing
 plugins :

 Strict Standards: Declaration of WP_Plugins_List_Table::bulk_actions()
 should be compatible with WP_List_Table::bulk_actions($which = '') in
 /Users/imath/Sites/wordpress-mu/src/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-plugins-
 list-table.php

 Suggest the diff attached.
