 Dear Sergey,

 you are right about the diff indication. I am more than happy that I was
 right about the issue, but I do not see it in WP 3.9.2 and it is not clear
 to me if it will be managed either only at level of patch to inject in
 case of needs or if it will become standard distribution (and when, in
 case).
