 I resolved the issue at somebody's recommendation to install an old
 version and then use 3.9 to update. It works fine now. I set up menus of
 pages...works great. I am having trouble replacing my menu of Categories
 that link to posts. I see CMS Tree Page View organizes posts, but since my
 WP menu uses Categories to organize posts how do I create the same menu
 for my posts on the front end the way I did for Pages? Hopefully it is
 more simple than I expect.
