 I'm not convinced this is upstream, at least with regards to TinyMCE
 proper.
 The same paste works fine here: http://www.tinymce.com/tryit/basic.php

 So it's either PasteFromWord, or us stripping too much, somehow.  I
 haven't tested disabling PasteFromWord as of yet.
