 Hi,

 There is some sort of the problem with creating list in Visual editor
 using firefox - http://s23.postimg.org/5utsfh99n/issue.png.

 How to reproduce:
 1) Copy the following text into notepad and then from there into visual
 editor using firefox:

 {{{
 1989 Podolefski A., Brown P. T. (ed.) Applying Anthropology: An
 Introductory Reader.
 1996 Gardner, Katy and Lewis, David Anthropology, Development and the
 Post-modern Challenge. London, Sterling, Virginia: Pluto Press
 2003 Oliver, Paul „The Student’s Guide to Research Ethics“. Maidenhead,
 Philadelphia: Open University Press.
 1998 Ferraro G. „Anthropology: An Applied Perspective“
 }}}

 2) Make sure you're on visual editor tab, select all text and click order
 list button.
 3) You should get similar outcome as seen in the screenshot "after"
