Comment:

 The unit-tests repo is now officially just an archive of source code
 history on the tests since the tests have now moved into the new
 [http://make.wordpress.org/core/2013/08/06/a-new-frontier-for-core-
 development/ develop.svn repo].

 As such, this repo won't even see any sync from develop to unit-tests SVN
 repo, and definitely would be useless on GitHub at this point (besides the
 issue with svn:externals).
