 This is a duplicate of #25112.

 I made some performance improvements in the refreshAdvancedAccessibility
 function, those are in 3.7. You should see a performance improvement in
 3.7 compared to 3.6, but it probably wasn't enough.

 This is a refreshing solution, are you going to write a core patch for
 this or should I?
