 -1 on the latest patch.

 Ryan (and bpetty, it seems) and I do not see eye to eye on WordPress' role
 regarding WordPress as a composer package. He sees WP only as a base
 package and I see it as a library. I don't see this changing and I don't
 see any point in wasting any more of everybody's time and energy on this
 discussion.
