 In magazine/news sites, post titles are especially important because
 readers decide whether they read or not based on them. Authors craft
 carefully post titles to get readers attention, and as a result, it tends
 to be longer. Currently, Twenty Fourteen limits post titles to be one line
 but I think keeping full post titles outweighs the 20 words of excerpts in
 small print.

 I think authors would appreciate displaying full titles they put effort
 into crafting, also for readers it'd be easier to skim through with full
 post titles than excerpts.
