 When making an update, languages files are *all* automatically updated at
 the latest revision (clearly visible in the picture of @ocean90). Which
 means, for example, that the user might for some reason keep an old theme
 or plugin (let say Twenty Ten 1.5), but Twenty Ten languages files are
 updated to 1.6. If some string has changed or has been removed in the
 latest revision, it won't be translated anymore.
