 They should go. I think that the general purpose/context of the link is
 obvious (ie "this is going to take me somewhere that relates to the
 author") so I don't see a need to over egg it. Secondly, the title
 attribute is only going to be available to mouse users. The majority of
 non-mouse users won't be able to access it.
