 +1 for `wp-` prefixed. [[attachment:25478.diff]] adds `wp-activate-
 container` and `wp-signup-container` to each respectively.

 I was wondering if it would make more sense to use a body class, as the
 `#content` container is already there, it just needs additional targeting.
 I have no major opinion either way, but it would be nice to see some
 styles on these.
