 CSS needs to be properly namespaced to avoid possible conflicts:
 {{{#themes .theme}}}, etc. Then merged back to the Themes section in wp-
 admin.css.

 Remove the overwrites to {{{add-new-h2}}} by adding margins to surrounding
 elements.
