 That code has been ported from the
 [http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/floating-admin-menu/trunk
 /floating-admin-menu.php stand-alone plugin] to prevent `position: fixed`
 issues on mobile devices and can be removed. MP6's responsive component
 disables the sticky-menu on smaller screens in `moby6.js`.
