Comment:

 This is because that URL points to a gallery, and Flickr only supports
 oEmbed for single images and single videos. It's unfortunate, but there's
 nothing we can do about that.

 The oEmbed request for that URL is sent as expected, but Flickr responds
 with a 404 and the message:

 > That URL doesn't have an oembed representation.

 Suggesting close as invalid.
