 Replying to [comment:18 jbobich]: If the user manually inserts a link into
 the image HTML, then that link will take precedence over the one entered
 in the click through link, otherwise you'd get a link inside a link.
 However, this ticket was about the media modal inserting things into the
 HTML field, not users typing in HTML manually.
