 A couple of thoughts:

 - Excellent start on the video & audio media selections.
 - Thinking it might just be better to show the "embed or URL" option, vs.
 hiding it behind a link.
 - If the user does click "Add Media" under the audio or video format, and
 they attempt to paste a URL into the "Insert from URL" option, can we try
 to embed those?  A bunch of the users we tested tried doing it this route,
 and failed.
 - When they do paste a video/audio URL, do we want to add a "fetch" button
 to the right?  This way, they can verify that it's working within the
 admin UI, without having to save a draft (or publish) and preview the
 post.
 - This may still be on your list, but the gallery post format "Select an
 image" link takes you to the single image selection flow (which prevents
 you from selecting multiple images).
