 The concern apparently is IE6.

 Even if the Tests under the first link fail (nested label) under IE6 and
 Jaws7, The second link specifies that a title attr on the input would
 pass, achieving WCAG 2.0 (for this one part at least) compliance.

 Anyway, having two or more identical IDs fails compliance too.
