 There is a small window of opportunity here to remove the id's on the
 'html5' version of this since it is opt-in. It'd have to be done before
 3.6 ships though.

 The form and submit buttons were being kept for back-compat, so we don't
 have to worry about that, and the other issue is connecting the label to
 the input, which can be done by wrapping the input in the label.
