 i found the culprit - invalid noonce. my code/model url changes hadn't
 been reflected in the calculated restore noonce.

 23497.31.diff​ should fix the issue you were having, please re-test.
 tooltip interactions are still a little glitchy, but mostly i want to find
 reproducible data type errors. let me know if this works!
