 [attachment:23697-2.patch  23697-2.patch]  uses the changes from @azaozz's
 patch, plus:
 - Generic Dialog/Notice Styles
 - Default buttons displayed
 - Slightly more friendly messaging
 - Gravatars, so that you know whose post you're taking over (or who to go
 beat with Ted to give your lock back)

 [attachment:stolen-lock.png after lock has been taken] both attached.
