 Just making a record that the [http://make.wordpress.org/ui/2013/03/07
 /heres-the-last-round-of-menus-usability-tests/ last round of user tests]
 uncovered a bug.  The advanced options in screen settings are unchecked,
 but they still show up in the menu item edit area.
