 Overall I think 14045.1.diff​ works pretty well for use with a screen
 reader. I really like that when the item moves, it announces the new
 location. The shortened verbage for each menu item when navigating is also
 a big plus.

 I think the reorganization links might benefit from being worded in a more
 descriptive way. Especially in terms of "nesting" menu items. I'm not sure
 of a good phrase to use, but I think it would be wonderful if it's
 possible for the link to pull from the actual menu information, i.e.,
 state that the item could be nested under "Jobs" for instance.
