 No it's not just the text that makes it blind I agree, but users may
 benefit from a more meaningful help label on specific theme/Plugin pages.
 Might be a personal thing but I would definitely notice 'Twenty Twelve
 Help' more than just 'Help'.

 Until the help system is given an overhaul as in the ticket Sergey pointed
 to the patch above could be an option to consider.

 Also, I know that this could be open to misuse. However, there are plenty
 of WordPress features open to misuse (e.g. anything attached to a filter
 hook). If developers really wanted to get naughty and have a massive long
 'Help' label then it's just a simple one-line of jQuery.

 Adding this as a core filter would simply make it more accessible to
 developers. Just wanted to throw the idea out there as I think the current
 generic 'Help' label, and in it's current location, is a huge wasted
 opportunity in WordPress right now.
