 The readme currently says in the "Updating Manually" section: "Delete your
 old !WordPress files, saving ones you've modified."
 ([source:tags/3.5.2/readme.html#L45]) Perhaps it should explicitly state
 that you should never ever delete `wp-config.php` and `wp-content` when
 doing a manual update.
