 On the trac start page (http://core.trac.wordpress.org/wiki/WikiStart),
 the 'How to Submit Patches' section recommends '​Mark Jaquith's Unix
 WordPress Toolbox' (http://markjaquith.wordpress.com/2005/11/02/my-
 wordpress-toolbox/).

 While the content of that post looks fine, at some point in 2007 the
 author stopped removing / preventing spam comments. Most of the comments
 since then are spam.

 The content should be taken, put somewhere here - with acknowledgement -
 and the link removed.
