 As I know WordPress isn't that type of apps which force you to show the
 trademark! We have the generator meta and it always displayed in English.
 adding the ability to transliterate "WordPress" not mean it will be
 transliterate by all!

 @knutsp has said it:
 "Anyone may completely change the appearance through (child) themes so why
 make it more difficult than necessary?"
