 Regarding re-using password on child pages ... it doesn't seem like the
 most-secure thing, but I think it should be allowed.

 As for usability, I think two user experiences are needed:

 1. A no-choice option where the child can inherit the password without the
 user doing anything, but one that might be highlighted with a subtle alert
 to call the user's attention to this fact (Ideally without any buttons or
 overlays that might force a user action or click)

 2. The standard password field so the user could change the password if
 they want to, possibly with a small text note that "The password will be
 copied from the parent page, unless changed here"
