 I guess it depends on the language.

 As for Russian, WordPress is sometimes written as "ВордПресс" on support
 forums or various sites, but the package on http://ru.wordpress.org always
 uses the name in English, it looks cleaner that way.

 Bulgarian package appears to follow the same pattern:
 http://bg.wordpress.org/.

 In Serbian, however, looks like they translate it to "Вордпрес":
 http://sr.wordpress.org.
