I've been leaving windows open for weeks, and I think this is fantastic.
My only recommendation is:
* Don't require the user to close the modal. We are graying out the
screen. If the login is successful, simply close the modal and restore the
screen in the background. It'll be *very* obvious that they've
successfully logged in. It's kind of annoying to tell me I've logged in
successfully after I hit a "Log in" button — just get me to where I need
to be. Thoughts?
