 interesting, i didn't even know about the minimum font size setting until
 seeing this ticket. thanks for your perspective

 i don't think this patch effects zooming, but i didn't test for that
 explicitly.  i would also expect the em sizings to work better on tablets,
 especially if we get some scaling widths as well.
