 You can set minimum font size in Chrome and Opera too, IE being the main
 exception.

 Full zoom is different thing, it will disturb images and is often not what
 the user needs. And it is much easier to set a minimum font size than a
 default zoom per site.

 I think the font size ''has'' to work, zoom would be a nice extra.
