 Supports RTL.  Supports moving single item as well as items with children
 (sub items).  Ideally, it should behave identical to drag/drop.  With that
 said, there is a lot going on here, so please ping me if you notice any
 issues.

 Patch also adds class-wp-menus-list-table.php back in (was missing in
 23119.18.1.diff​)
