Comment:

 Doing some housekeeping here. Some of the code from
 [attachment:13822.merged.diff] already made it into core. The pieces I
 could translate, I added in [attachment:13822.3.diff]. There is a piece in
 `wp-includes/nav-menu.php` from [attachment:13822.merged.diff] that
 belongs to a function that no longer exists. If anyone wants to do the
 archaeology there, please do.
