 Similarly, perhaps we can have the
 [[http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-includes/class-wp-
 xmlrpc-server.php|wp_xmlrpc_server]] use
 [[http://php.net/manual/en/function.set-error-
 handler.php|set_error_handler]] to prevent all non-fatal errors from being
 dumped to stdout in the event that PHP is configured to report errors to
 STDOUT.
