 Name, theme location, etc.  Lots of room for help text.  Creating the menu
 takes you to the menu manager page.

 Riffing on this.  What about something like:

 [[Image(http://f.cl.ly/items/402U3L421g1l3M2Y0Q2z/menus.v4.png)]]

 Using WP_List_Table to list the menus instead of tabs.

 Thoughts?
