 Say you have no images attached to this post and you go create a gallery,
 with "Uploaded to this post" being the default. It would give you an
 upload window. I am not sure if that is expected behavior, or weird
 behavior. Probably both. Closest to expected would be to only use
 "Uploaded to this post" as the default if there were already such images.
