 I totally misunderstood the UI here and couldn't figure out how to create
 a new menu. However, it was obvious once someone pointed it out to me. I'm
 unsure if this was just me being an idiot, or if there is a genuine UX
 problem. Currently I'm erring on the side of "Ryan being an idiot", but
 thought I'd point out my difficulties in case it has any impact on
 decisions here.
