 Yes, if I remember correctly this was discussed a bit some time ago. The
 only screen that has enhanced accessibility mode at the moment is Widgets.
 Perhaps there will be something similar for Menus after the UI changes
 there. We probably should make that option "global" and show it on all
 screens that have list-tables with on-hover links too.
